How to Order
At CottonVale we make ordering online easy and secure. There are no passwords to remember, and we don’t ask you to to register. Just add the items you want to the basket and checkout.
1: Add an item to your basket
On each CottonVale item page you will find full details of the product including, despatch time, stock, size guide, and our returns policy.
At the bottom of the page you can add the item to your shopping basket with personalised embroidery if required.
2: Check your order on Your Shopping Basket page
Once you have added an item we will display the details with delivery cost on the Shopping basket page. You can change your order on this page, if you wish to take an item out of the basket, change the quantity or shop for something else.
If required, you can also change the delivery country or region on this page. We will then re-calculate the delivery cost.
Once you have completed your shopping and checked your basket Proceed to the Checkout.
3: Checkout - The delivery address
Enter the address you would like your purchase delivered to on the Delivery Address page. This address should be a place where someone will be available to sign for the package. We understand you are not always at home so we accept a different shipping and billing address and we deliver to work, home, a friend's or a neighbour's house.
The parcel can be left somewhere secure at your risk such as a porch or cupboard. Please enter instructions into the 'Delivery note' box when entering your delivery address.
The Delivery Address page also holds the option to opt out of our 'Special Offers Newsletter' where we will inform you of any special offers that CottonVale have. Please remember to check the box provided if you do not wish to join our mailing list.
Up until this point, your order has not been confirmed or any personal details stored about you. If you proceed past this page, to the secure payment page, then an entry is made in our database whilst we await confirmation that your payment has been authorised.

4: Secure Credit card page
At CottonVale you can pay online with confidence knowing that we have the highest payment security standards in place to protect your credit card information. For over 10 years we have used state of the art secure payment transaction processing through our Industry Accredited partner Worldpay, who are certified to the highest level of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The system provides high level encrypted payment security and payment security checking to guard against credit card fraud. Your credit card details are encrypted on transfer and are stored securely by Worldpay for the purposes of payment of your goods only. CottonVale do not store your credit card information on our shopping systems or database. At Cottonvale you can pay with all major credit and debit cards except, Diners and American Express.
5. Email order confirmation
We will send you an email confirmation of your order. If you do not receive an email please check your junk mailbox before contacting us. If you wish to change your order please contact us immediately.
Credit Card Transactions
Q: Is it safe to provide my credit card details on Cottonvale?
A: CottonVale provide you with a secure method to pay for your CottonVale goods through our Industry Accredited transaction partner Worldpay. Worldpay provide high level encrypted payment processing, and payment security checking to guard against credit card fraud. Your credit card details are encrypted on transfer and are stored securely for the purposes of payment for your goods only. Since 2000 we have received more than 100,000 card payments through our internet shops.
Q: When will my card be charged?
A: When you reach our final checkout screen and submit your credit card or Debit Card details, your payment will be made and charged to your card. If the payment is not authorised by your bank/card issuer, your order will not be completed. Once payment is accepted your order will be confirmed on screen and you will receive an order number.
Q. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
If your order has not been despatched and is not already personalised with embroidery we will of course refund you immediately. If your order has been despatched we will refund you as soon as we receive the items back. Our terms and conditions on returned items apply. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Q: Do you pass on my personal details to anyone else?
A: No. Your details are not passed on to any third party except in fulfilment of your order. Eg Interlink couriers.
