However should you wish to return or exchange any item, apart from personalised items, we provide a 'no quibble' money back guarantee. This means if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days and we will credit your account with a refund for the price you have paid for the item. This pledge is made in addition to your statutory rights.
Please note items with personalised embroidery to customer requirement cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of defective manufacture.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original unused condition, which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.
You can always return items if they are defective.
How to return your item
Return items to the address below by the lowest priced Royal Mail post service, not signed for or special delivery, and request a proof of posting from the post office. Please include a note with your order number and the reason for your return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and the cost of returning it to us by the lowest priced Royal Mail service.
Cancelling an item
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 30 days of delivery except for those items manufactured to your specification.
This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of items embroidered to your specification.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing, and giftwrapping). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
