Lovely soft towels - very pleased with them! I really love the embroidery. The only tiny thing I would say is that it would be great to have the option to have the embroidery done in bolder thicker thread if preferred so it stands out even more. So you could choose when ordering if you wanted it in standard thread or thicker thread perhaps? But I am very pleased with the products.

To be honest I don't know anything about quantitative material quality or what constitutes as 'super luxury', but I expected my order - the super luxury towel of 800gsm - to feel like I'd shelled out a bit of money for it. Unfortunately I can't tell that the towel's any more grand to the touch, in weight or texture to, say, a standard ASDA purchase. Aside that the towel's a decent size and the custom embroidery that I commissioned is very accurately as depicted on the website. The customization time, delivery speed and arrival were all within the estimates given on the website which was useful. I'd certainly use towels.co.uk again for their helpful correspondence throughout delivery and the personalization they offer for a wealth of their products.
